PLACING AN ORDER

Placing an order is safe and easy! We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the sale. If you are ordering with a debit card, payment will be withdrawn immediately. You can always check your order status and add, delete, or edit credit card information using My Account.

ORDER CONFIRMATION

When your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Included will be your order number. Please review the order summary to make sure the information is correct and save the email as a receipt. If you do not receive an email, first check your junk mail or spam. If you did not receive a confirmation, please call us at 1-888-373-1784 before placing another order to insure your order is not duplicated and you are not double-billed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email confirmation with tracking details. At this time, your credit card is charged.

CHANGING AN ORDER

Our Brands do their best to ship orders as quickly as possible. However, due to the custom nature of many of the products offered on decorativehomespecialists.com, orders that are currently being processed cannot be changed. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact Decorative Home Specialists’ Customer Service right away at 1-888-373-1784 or email us at Customer Service and we can assist you with changing your order. After one hour, it may no longer be possible to change an item on your order.

CANCELLATIONS

Due to the custom nature of many of the products offered on decorativehomespecialists.com, custom orders that have been put into production cannot be cancelled. If you would like us to see if we can cancel your order, please contact Decorative Home Specialists’ Customer Service right away at 1-888-373-1784 or email us at Customer Service. We will contact the manufacturer and do whatever we can to accommodate your request. By tapping PLACE MY ORDER, you acknowledge that you have read and that you agree to all of the Brand’s policies listed on each Brand’s Product Page.

BACKORDERS

Items not currently in stock may be backordered through our site. Your credit card will be pre-authorized for the amount of the sale at the time you place your order, but you will not be charged until your items have shipped. The charge will be processed to the same form of payment originally provided. If you order in stock items along with a backordered item, we will ship everything we have in stock. Your backordered item will ship when the product becomes available.

We do not currently have estimated arrival dates for most backordered items at the time they are ordered. We will notify you as we receive updates from the manufacturer and you will receive an email with tracking information once your back-ordered item has shipped.

CUSTOM ORDERS

All custom orders are NON-CANCELABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE and must be paid in full at time of purchase.

ALL CUSTOM ORDERS ARE CONSIDERED FINAL AT TIME OF INITIAL PURCHASE.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

The receipt of any order does not constitute the acceptance of an order or confirmation. Decorative Home Specialists LLC reserves the right to limit the order quantity of any item and or refuse service to any customer or affiliate without prior notification. Prices and availability of products sold on our site or on any of our affiliates sites are subject to change without notice.

This site may contain typographical mistakes, inaccuracies, or omissions, some of which may relate to pricing, availability, and coloring, and some information may not be complete or current. Errors will be corrected when they have been discovered and we reserve the right to correct any error, inaccuracy or omission at any time prior to shipping. Decorative Home Specialists LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. We also reserve the right to restrict, terminate or refuse any service to consumers or their affiliates at any time for any reason at our discretion.
